INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (contact area)

The processing of your personal data will take place in compliance with the rules of EU Regulation 2016/679 and will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality.

CATEGORIES OF DATA

The data that will be processed are: Name, email address, contact details as well as all information eventually and voluntarily provided by the User. You guarantee that the personal data provided are truthful and up-to-date, undertaking to communicate any changes to them, being solely responsible in case of inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided.

LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH THE PROCESSING IS BASED

We will process your data on the basis of preliminary, free and express consent as well as to process your request.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

The data you provide will be processed for the following purposes:

  • to process the User's request.

The provision of data is necessary for the activation of the service and any refusal, as well as the request for opposition or cancellation, implies the impossibility of activating or continuing the service.

METHOD OF PROCESSING

The collection and consequent processing are carried out by the Data Controller, in compliance with the provisions of GDPR 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003, by subjects appointed or delegated by it (specially selected and equipped with the necessary professionalism), with manual and automatic procedures.

The data processed by the Data Controller are not intended for dissemination.

They will be processed exclusively to process your request and may be communicated to third parties for the execution of activities related to them.

By way of example and not limited to, the following are mentioned:

  • third parties who perform specific tasks on our behalf;

  • public or private bodies only in cases provided for by law and within their institutional purposes (e.g. INPS, INAIL, Ministry of Labor).

  • supervisory bodies.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

RETENTION PERIOD

The data will be processed to manage the request and until the expiry of the legally applicable limitation periods in relation to the purposes and legitimate interest for the processing of your personal data.

Once the request has been managed, the owner has the right to continue the further processing of personal data exclusively for the purpose of certifying the fulfillment of their legal or contractual obligations. Once these limitation periods have expired, the personal data must be definitively deleted or, alternatively, anonymized.  

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

At any time you can, by means of a written request to be sent to MOVILIFT s.r.l. VAT number 03971331214 Naples (NA) Via Francesco Morosini 34 PEC movilift@pec.it:

  • request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;

  • obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;  

  • obtain the rectification and cancellation of data;  

  • obtain the limitation of processing;

  • obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, of common use and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments;  

  • ask the data controller for access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;  

  • revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;  

  • propose a complaint to a supervisory authority.
